Oh, he'll most likely get back on, but we have had lots of
legal entanglements lately and we HAVE to take immediate
action to protect Silicon Investor as the "provider" of such
allegations. This is a REAL PROBLEM, not a flippant attempt
to censor anyone.

We respect Mad Monk's right to free speech, but he must
respect SI as the medium on which he provides it (especially
when he's posting anonymously and throwing the word "scam"
around so much). This relationship (SI and Mad Monk) is a two-way
street, and he must show us the same regard that we show him.

Thanks for your prompt response in regards to Mad Monk's suspension.

I urge you in the strongest terms that I am capable of, to act in a fair
and reasonable manner in regards to Mad Monk.

His posts have become a voluable asset to the SI community, and his
banishment would be a HUGE loss!!!

Censorship is NEVER the answer, unless physical harm is involved!
