TWAV looks interesting to me too. It's formed a cup with high volume on both sides, but its hitting on the 200 day MA with an overhead gap just above.

It's curious that TWAV's auditor has " formally questioned the company's ability to continue as a going concern" on the heels of the company's sale of a division for almost $10 million, securing a line of credit for $15 million and having a positive outlook for the near future.

Therma-Wave Auditor Questions Company's Ability to Continue As Going Concern in Regulatory Filing

FREMONT, Calif. (AP) -- Semiconductor equipment maker Therma-Wave Inc. said Tuesday that its auditor formally questioned the company's ability to continue as a going concern in a regulatory filing.
The company said its independent accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, issued the opinion because of Therma-Wave's recurring losses and negative cash flow.

Therma-Wave shares dropped 14 cents, or 6.5 percent, to $2.02 in recent after-hours activity, having closed earlier down 2 cents at $2.16 on the Nasdaq.

<Therma-Wave, Inc. Issues Q1 2006 Outlook

May 26, 2005 Therma-Wave, Inc. announced that it expects first quarter 2006 revenues of $12-$18 million with a loss of $0.15-$0.23 per share. This guidance includes the impact of the restructuring activities announced in April. In connection with the Company's previously announced North American streamlining initiative, Therma-Wave expects to take a charge relating to restructuring activities of approximately $0.6 million, which is anticipated to be recorded during the Company's fiscal first quarter 2006. Additionally, the Company previously announced the restructuring of its Asian operations and expects to incur restructuring charges in connection with the plan in the range of $0.5 million to $1.0 million. Therma-Wave expects to record these charges during the Company's fiscal first and second quarters of 2006. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts expect the Company to report revenues of $16.9 million in the same period. >
