That the press and a persons lawyer have a right of confidentiality. I may be mistaken on this, but I believe that reporters always had a right to keep their sources confidential, even in a criminal investigation, until a fairly recent court ruling.

Listen, protecting freedoms for the long run is hard sometimes. Democracy and freedom come with a cost. In this case, it's hard for me. But that's what I believe in.

The courts ruled the opposite, and the reporter is in jail. You win. Why are you so incensed?
