Rove and the WH are the only guilty parties. Plus those on the right who are trying to cover this up, distract us and blame the victims. Nobody is "guilty" for trying to get to the truth of a very serious scandal which has taken two years to investigate after the WH denied everything to begin with. The day We The People are "guilty" for demanding the truth of our leaders is the day we slippery slide towards totalitarianism. Bushies apparently learned nothing from Watergate or the Monica scandal. The coverup and lies are always worse than the original sin. If Rove were in any way innocent, he should and would have admitted it upfront. Remember too it was the CIA who demanded the justice department investigate this, not political foes of Rove.
