Andrew and Bob,

Resist systems--now there is an angle I hadn't considered. I was under the impression that the only difference between an i-line spinner and a DUV spinner would be the photoresist. Obviously there might be changes in the primer (actually, HMDS probably still works, no?), the spin rate, bake, etc, but I didn't think the actual coater would need to be upgraded. Is this not true? Should I be looking at DNS stock (is DNS a public company?).
