lhcg: sold all today for tad avg. over 2pts...took forever to sell..will rebuy...needs volume. VLCM: nice day trader lately...it needs volume too. Holding CTRN from last buy...avg. 20.77...sold half earlier and will sell remainder if hits over 25.25 today...needs more volume on this too.

Trading in and out of gold...adding to core on dips like today.
