Bush said he is not concerned about Osama anymore. That's a quote months after Bush (or someone nunder him) let Osama go at Tora Bora. You simply cannot debate this. It's true. So Bush either did it deliberately or is an incompetent commander in chief who's asleep at the wheel. He also let 9-11 happen despite the 8-6 warnings, remember? This is not someone anyone should have faith in as a CIC.
