My USENET POST [READ IT]
Hi,

If you have any complaints about unethical trading practices at
E*Trade, please drop a note about your complaint to :

SEC Division of Enforcement,
450, FifthStreet N.W.,
Washington, D.C. 20549

I have done the same, and I am assured by the SEC that they look
into each and every complaint. Perhaps a lot of complaints will
force E*Trade to make amends as NASD did today. I believe there
is talk of a class-action lawsuit against E*Trade, you may find
more information at techstocks.com in the Misc.
section under the title Brokerage Houses...

Regards,

Manish
