What the voice said is that freedom and democracy for 25,000,000 in the heart of the middle east is better for world peace than a rogue dictator who allowed torture, rape and murder to innocent women for his kid's jollies. Also a man who offered sanctuary for terrorists, was not meeting the terms of his surrender, had used WMDs on his own people and wanted more, etc., etc., etc.
