Where might one find this article?

If continuous speech recognition software appears in Microsoft's next operating system, I believe that will be the killer app that will kick off a new era in computer use. The installed base of pc's will rise very substantially. This is the kind of thing that will get people like my wife using computers - and there are still a huge number of people like her.
