Plame is proven to have been a covert CIA operator when Rove divulged her ID. It says clearly her cover was an energy consultant. Her soon-to-be husband didn't even know she worked for the CIA. None of the smear campaign against the Wilsons matters, just that simple fact. That makes this treason on the part of Rove. And perjury. The prosecutor surely sees this. Now we'll see what punishment he metes out.
