Has this deal actually happened yet?? I see it says they did have an agreement completed, but do they actually own that 80% yet??

If yes, well, I guess they do own something then...if not, why not?? If agreement was complete, then that tells me details were worked out and agreed upon by both parties...can anybody verify if SPRL has actually aquired this 80% interest as of yet, or is it still a 'pending' deal?? TIA...If complete, what were the details of the transaction??
