Ray, I don't know what the question is. Please feel free to give me the dunce cap. The notes are being converted by the company. It would not be logical for these shares to be restricted - too one sided against the investor. Anyway, short covering accompanies closing out the notes, equalizing any potential selling of the new shares. MSFT and VSH - I see the same Aroon action.
