Sergio .. The only Scan I have for that is the Nakee Eye. How am I dooin? :) I didn't think the Common shares would be restricted only the Conversion of Notes have to be Filed. I was caught in this a long time ago with Private Placement. The difference here is they are being converted to a Bank .. The Bank will have to File to Sell .. Correct ? Ray
