Thanks, Lalit. We're on opposite sides of issues here, but it's a long road with many curves, we've been allies before and will be again, these are just stocks, not religions.
Re anonymity; The Pluvia vs. Westergaard story is enlightening, imho, the anonyme (Pluvia) was both factually and morally correct while the tout who supplied his name (Westergaard) has recognized the error of his ways and slunk off with his tail between his legs. Pluvia just put this up; techstocks.com
Re venom and personal attacks; Both Walter and ole 49r, among others, bring far too much of it to the thread. They are bright people and could do better, they may not realize how boring it is to the rest of us. Maybe we could lobby Jill to add to the Terms of Use this Prime Directive;
.... Thou shalt not bore thy fellow Threader.
Re David Walsh; Your sympathy for the man and his family shine through and are imho admirable, but I do feel that if you step back and view the situation from a wider angle, you will recognize other factors. Please don't equate being pro-Bresea with being anti-DW, or with a lynch mob mentality. There are many thoughtful and reasonable people, notably Don Clarke and his closest helpers, who are working to salvage value in BSR by replacing management. It is a business decision, a recognition that the man is universally viewed as a suspect in this scam, and that the company is better off without him.
David Walsh, if truly innocent, would himself be better off if he gracefully stepped aside and allowed independent and untainted management to resurrect Bresea. Maybe next time you speak to Mrs. or Mr. Walsh you could point that out.
