an offer came in tonight for $1000 over ask :)
subject to sale of her house with a 72 hour clause
for her to remove the subject.

we're in a pretty good position.

whatever other offers are made(if there are
any) will have to be with no subjects other
than inspection and i think she'll remove her
subject rather than lose the house.

its been on mls for 2 days.

closing august 29.

oh boy ....
