I believe that Rehnquist, author of "All the Laws but One," is looking forward to weighing in on the detainee cases. There hasn't been a good "civil liberties in wartime" case since WWII.

Good on him that he is still functioning so well at age 80. If he retires, he'll probably go downhill fast, so may as well keep working and keep active. He's probably one of those legal social geeks. ;^)
