It seems that your story is the same but your interpretation is a little different than that of others I have talked to. Being a person with a vision or a dictator are similar but quite different in the ultimate results. Most people have bought into the vision but severly disliked the work environment and the total control of the CEO. I have heard stories that a $20 item could not be purchased without the CEO's signature, and while he's in Hungury, the company is in irons. Seems to be quite the micromanager. Then there are the other stories of people leaving for ethical reaons, meaning THEY have the ethics and refuse to either do or say things that Zsolt wants them to. I understand that the last VP of Marketing and two CFO's fit this catagory. Regards Jake
