One other major difference I can see. Clinton engaged in personal misconduct - but playing around with a willing intern is no more than that. It has no bearing on state actions, security or otherwise.

Whereas revealing/publicising the name of a CIA agent who was apparently in at least medium cover is professional misconduct, not to mention obviously potentially damaging to the US and critically damaging for the agent and his/her contacts (remember, they'll be blown now also). If intentional, it's arguably treasonous. Even if not, it's way in a different league from genital-cigar contact.

But there's no way Rove will be removed; maybe shuffled sideways with a handsome remuneration, but IMO that's all. Never mind knowing where the bodies are buried, he's personally said the graveside eulogies, and probably has the death sentences put by somewhere...
