NYC already has the bucks, they just have to figure out how to spend it, which dovetails with what the subway-rat people have been telling me, that they are marketing heavy...

One doesn't need to think too hard what even a small contract can do for our subway-rat........
But since I always think big with the little stocks, I expect a lot.......
