Rove lied and did out a covert CIA operative maliciously. He's at least guilty of perjury. That's enough for a prison sentence.

If Rove was at all innocent why didn't he come forward two years ago? That alone is damning evidence. Unfortunately Bush-Cheney were not under oath when they testified, otherwise they'd both be indicted for perjury as well.

The whole Bush administration and their mouthpieces are guilty of gross perjury. And a lot more.
