I certainly wouldn't blame anyone for Clinton's misfortune but Clinton himself. And you're right, he could have spared the nation from the distraction and embarrassment had he not stonewalled and obstructed the investigation. Concerning Rove, it is a tempest in a teapot. Seems to me he's a modern Ed Meese, a person who so inflames the other side that any charge is acceptable. For the president, you stick with your guy if you believe him innocent. Looks like Bush will is doing just that.
