Well it is certainly interesting that this stock is over 20% closely held, and 64% institutionally owned. For a scam company it sure has some big ownership. The plant is nearing completion. Production is scheduled to begin in October for delivery. Several more licensing deals are supposed to be announced in the coming months with large coal miners. Jeffries, Howard Weil and Stanford Research have buy recommendations and research reports out on them. They are hiring additional employees to run the plants. This is looking interesting at this time. The stock has been steadily rising over the last few months. The Arch Coal CEO said on cnbc that he thought they will be successful.
