I am talking fundamental value. The PSR for RAYS is considered "low" and the PSR for OO is considered very high. Obviously, I thought RAYS would have turned around by now. It hasn't. I sold my trading shares back at 8 1/4, when that support was broken. I still have some shares for LT hold because I didn't want to pay a huge commission to unload them and buy them back a little lower.

I did not own OO or RAYS when they were in the stratosphere. And, if RAYS ever returns there, I will definately sell. Basically, I am holding RAYS until the insiders start to sell. They have proven to be great market timers.

I think OO is overpriced and you obviously don't. That's what makes a horse race. That is all I have to say on the matter. This is getting old. Right now, neither one of these stocks is making us any money. It sucks. That's the life of traders/investors.
