CNCT Is trying to close its June 13 downgap. (Its April 27 downgap is a different subject.<g>) The insiders have continued selling and the earning were down in the 1st Q 49% ($0.03/shr vs. $0.05/shr in 2004)while revenues increased around 70% ( 42.4M vs. 25M) It cut its earnings guidance last month to around $0.57/shr in 2005 but EE for 2006 are still above $1. CNCT reportedly has around $ 6.70 in cash/shr. It has a large LTD and its Debt/Equt is around 3.04 but it reportedly had a cash flow from operations around $37M and an even larger FCF ? <g> The stock has been up almost 4% today.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
