Not true. It depends on where you go. I have been talking about the increase in inventory for some time now. In many areas unsold homes are becoming noticeable.

It will take a while for it to manifest into actual price decreases, but at these levels of inventory, it will.

Also, market stress often starts in the marginal areas, and this case is no different.
