Agreed the tech fiasco doesn't come close. I bet this next one comes a lot closer to the totals from the S&L debacle in our not too distant past. Commercial RE nationwide down average 60-70% and most banks went under. Also, our three largest states in population all had a major residential housing collapse in their largest cities of 30%+ along with Boston area.
