Didn't I predict Rove outed Plame 18 months ago? If Rove stays out of prison he'll be lucky. But even if Rove scrapes by, it only gets worse for the Bushies. This is very reminiscent of 1973 right now, except that Nixon beat McGovern by 20% and Bush and Kerry virtually split the vote. Plus Nixon could blame LBJ for Vietnam, but Bush-Cheney are 100% responsible for their quagmire war. By the time Watergate was the big story, Nixon fell to a 15% approval rating. That is where Tom Delay is now. Bush-Cheney may follow. Then it will be all over, because what this is about now is 2006. If GOP congressmen can only get re-elected by staying away from and opposing Bush-Cheney, then all bets are off. Impeachment could be around the corner sooner than we think.
