I have no idea why anyone would think I was "hounded" from SI, Alan. I do really feel demoralized when Feelies posts are just negative and personal and insulting and snippy and nasty, but all of the people who wrote posts like that on a regular basis are no longer here, so how could they "hound" me?

Really, I am just enjoying the summer. It is very hot sitting at the computer, and there are so many beautiful places to go that I tend to drift away quite easily.

For example, I gradually collected about thirty windchimes of every size and sound, buying them at garage and estate sales, and I hung them one pretty small tree branches so they would respond to any wind. So now there is a windchime symphony that plays on my terrace out back whenever any breeze comes up. It is so lovely there, it's hard to drive myself back inside.

Did you see The Corporation yet? I was hoping to have someone to discuss that film with.
