Oh I guess the final blow was having to pay the commission to the Realtors who had the listing. They sued me. Thought it was collusion with Aurthur.. Is this believable ?

Depending on what was written and who signed it, you may not have had to pay a commission.
It is too late now, but in the future, you do not have to abide by the LOCAL RE board, and you also have a right to an attorney.
It could have gone to a regular court of law. Fraud is fraud and might have been proven if you had the papers.
