Everyone knows what rightwing Christian means. It means that neighbor or cousin of yours who loves Bush-Cheney, but doesn't care about Bush-CHeney-Rove-Delay's unethical behavior, war, poverty, pollution, gas gouging, honesty or corruption. The ones with the unhappy repressed sexless marriage to whom you can't mention the word "sex" or they freak out. The one who later becomes an alcoholic once reality crashes apart their unrealistic belief system. At least that's my born again cousin.

But you're right, I suppose we could use "rightwing fundamentalist". Believing that the Bible or the Koran or whatever book is the literal truth is what gets religious extremists in trouble to begin with. And frankly, I see little difference between one religious extremist or another. It's all ungodly because they lose their own ability to think rationally, and forget the #1 most important thing - LOVE.
