Actually I think supporting the Saudi Shia independence will improve our oil situation greatly, stops Saudi terrorism sponsorship, disarms the so-called Saudi timebomb and a host of other goodies to go.

Think about it this way: the Saudi will transform from one big menace to one tiny state with a lot of oil but pretty much nothing else (including no Wahabbi ideology) and a big state with nothing but religious tourism as its source of income.

How would each state behave?
