As to Mushareff, this shall be an exercise left for the reader. Let's see if you can figure this out. I must say I'm not optimistic. The level of stupidity and ignorance you have demonstrated to this point is appalling. I guess all I have read about the failure of American schools is true. Back when I was going through, a question like this would not arise because the pupils would be well enough educated to figure this out on their own.

But let's start with the proof of Bush's profits.
