However government is a single "class" or more accurately it answers to a single class, i.e. corporations. Now sometimes we get some benefit where government is more responsive to one lobby group versus another, but the fact remains that on the whole government is responsible to only one class and that is not the average Joe's. Without campaign finance report there is nothing we can do about it. So I suggest you forget about buying your politician and instead focus on bringing about finance reform.
