Rove is guilty no matter what way you look at it. Only the prosecutor knows which crimes, if any, he will be indicted for. because the 1982 has a high hurdle to it, he may get off on a technicality, but may get indicted on other charges. Or Rove may get off and other Bushies will take the rap. Rove and Novak are old boyfriends from the 80's. I'm sure they gossip like hens. Novak is also reportedly wise to CIA affairs. And it all goes to Bush lying to us about WMD's to take us to war under false pretenses. That is where this really kills Bushies, not if Rove gets put in prison or not.
