This march towards Bush & Co has been going on for a couple of decades now. Where's the good news? Even Dems like Pelosi were given lavish, no limit parties by corporations at the DNConvention last year.

Even Clinton passed NAFTA and the Telecom act even though he now thinks the Telecom act went a bit far. Huh?

In order to make things that Bush does illegal, we have to change the lawmakers and that would be Congress. Right now, the job retention rate of Congress is something like 96%. I don't see progress in this.

Frankly, I think that the source of the problem is the underlying idea of what makes people tick. Somewhere along the way, pure naked commerce and the accumulation of money became the number one 'good' in society. Is it any wonder that corporations run the government now?

What's good for GM (WalMart, Pfizer, Exxon, Halliburton) is good for the US. I'm sure plenty of people can say that and believe it.
