Anyone, including Chinese generals, are allowed to blow smoke out their asses in public So we know this guy talks like that. So what if it wasn't blowing smoke out his ass? What if he actually means it? We don't mind our boys "blowing smoke out their asses" because we know they're firmly under the control of the civilian government. We don't have that assurance with the PLA... THAT's what gets my jewels cold. Derek
