Play the semantics game with someone else.

It's not a semantics game. If you call something by a name, then you bring to it a whole set of expectations, a set of expectations that you associate with that name. If you have the wrong name, you are operating in the wrong paradigm and you are trying to solve a problem with one hand tied behind your back.

We have a lot of problems with health care in this country. The primary one is that it is too expensive and costs are spiraling out of control. "Insuring" against common, everyday events is part of what drives costs up. If we had employer-paid home "insurance" that covered every call to the plumber over a clogged drain, the price of home insurance would be unaffordable, too. As it is, home insurance is affordable. I think that's a good thing.

But, who gives a rat's ass...
