BTW, there's no evidence that Al Qaeda was behind the London bombs. In fact, there's no evidence that the four guys with rucksacks in this picture were suicide bombers.

Indeed, if it wasn't a suicide attack then the men involved were also victims -- and possibly innocent ones. Yet, this is not stated or even implied.
