I see, you make assertions of fact based on an OPINION piece
that at best speculates about a memo that may or may not have
been given to Cheney. Amd there's nothing in the memo that
links to any fraud.

Unfortunately there is no evidence whatsoever of "collusion"
between Cheney & lay in that article to allow Enron to
commit fraud. None, Zero. Nada.

Why am I not surprised?
