Typical southern evangelical ...Maybe not typical, LB... There seems to be some differences I found while out googling.... 1) The huge Church is nondenominational....with many people of different races involved. 2) The Pastor doesn't ask for money, but the more than 25,000 people who attend bring money to the church...and 3) The Pastor asked for NO salary. He said he is a millionaire because of the books he writes. Their message on their website is a HUGE breath of fresh air, especially when comparing their "Who we are and what we believe" online statement, compared to the Islam fundamentalist beliefs we have come to hear, and see the results of, so often lately!!
