Actually, that daughter (& her husband) moved to WA State the same time as me. She could only take it for 2 yrs. She missed the "warm ocean & being able to wear sun dresses"! Plus, she can't take temp's lower than 70. Plus, she's making double as a math teacher than she was in WA & the school is right around the corner from their house, so no I-95.

I-95...one of the last jobs I had in PB county was the renovating the 2 presidential suites at the Breakers. We used to take US1 home (to Jupiter) rather than I-95 (quicker & less dangerous!).

Very true. The temps this past week in Denver were in the high 90's. We're at 9'000 ft. here but the temp's still get into the high 70's. I don't think you can beat the NW coast.
