They just approved a big wind farm right next to the Horicon marsh. DNR says the benefit out weighs a couple of birds being killed. I suspect since one of these windfarms is being sued by the enviro's for killing birds, this one should be a slam dunk. I'm betting with all of the migratory birds that use the marsh the blades on these things will run red all fall and spring.

Cornell tends to forget the fact that they are dealing with corn that is being grown anyhow. They also don't take into account the high protein feed by product that was left and deal with that as if it's a throw away.
