I suspect the cold shoulder treatment she may be receiving has inflamed her.

If he was called a diplomat, it must have been a state department mission. Did it have an element of not so open and official to it? The state department is ripe with liberals and Democrats. They might have just signed off without looking beyond the agency recommendation.

In the case of spies it is better to be safe than sorry. IMO the "investigation" is a creature of Joe Wilson's craving for publicity.

That is probably always true. After five years under a President who allows the CIA director t brief him, it is probably getting better.
