Where is the money we were supposedly going to spend on rebuilding Iraq? Most of it has just disappeared, in other words STOLEN. So, we destroy their country, wreck their economy with over a decade of sanctions and miltiary action, and do nothing to rebuild it, and now we're surprised that they have suicide bombers? There's no hope for those people, and since Saddam is gone and we're stealing their oil revenue, we're the ones to blame for that pathetic situation. There is a civil war going on in Iraq right now, that much is very clear, as Iraqis blow up other Iraqis.
