Stuart (Tookie) Angus has been appointed to the board of directors. Mr Angus, a partner with the firm of Stikeman, Elliott in Vancouver, has practiced as a lawyer for 23 years and is experienced in the structuring and financing of international mining ventures. He serves as a director of a number of reporting companies, including Bema Gold and Yamana Resources and recently served as the chairman of the board of BC Sugar. The company is presently exploring three properties in the Yukon Territory, two properties in Nevada, one project in Mexico and has other projects under review.
