Here in Pacific Northwest we have four seasons, but they are all mild.

that of course makes for great gardening conditions. flowers and gardens photograph on cloudy days anyway.

Actually if I lived in WA I would want to live somewhere in the rain shadow. Not totally, but enough that I did not have clouds and rain every day from Sept 1 thru May 15th or whatever.

My favorite months here are
May June October April January

Least favorite
February March December November

February here is usually slush, November is often blustery
The Snow in January is usually pristine. Do not like shoveling it but to me January is a very pretty month.

As for mild, april may june sept october
