the best November-March weather of anywhere, I would have to disagree on that one. Hawaii has you beat in every area. The Big island of Hawaii is as nice a overall climate as you can have on this planet. Handsdown! New Zealand is a close second. The biggest problem with Hawaii is the general lack of culture and educational resources.
