DOVP. I don't believe, deep down, they want to have a sales force or defend the patents. Life as a public company and clinical headaches have probably softened up resolve to stay independent. Bicifadine probably has to hit all EPs in the full P3 plan--and get a back pain (futility analysis 3Q05) label.
