I don't agree we are at a near term top. Sure there was high volume, but the stock also moved up 10%. You get a top when there is high volume, but little movement. Or when there is a blow off (peaks sharply intraday, but closes unchanged or down). I saw large block accumulation up until closing. This activity suggests analysts will be upgrading soon, which should propel the stock to 50. If the company announces a split, it will run to 55 or so before retracing, IMHO.
